Confidentiality There are certain ground rules without which The Next Chapter would never be able to function, these are: We challenge and confront each other because we are determined that we won’t default ourselves. Challenge Showing up We do everything possible to attend all of every meeting, not only for our own benefit but in the knowledge that our absence deprives the group of our contribution. So we plan our meetings well in advance. Developing TNC The chair is responsible for the health of the group, the chair is also a member alongside the others and can and should enjoy all the benefits of membership – we make sure they do! Chair as member TNC is new, we don’t have all the answers to how best to ‘deliver’, so we expect lots of feedback. We also only grow by word of mouth so we expect satisfied members to tell others.
