The Next Chapter story so far, regular, unbiased friendship and support in business

Graham took over that group when Doug emigrated to New Zealand (by sailing boat) in September 2003, and since then new groups have been started by Pat Coates and Norman Wood. The story so far.... In April 2001 six friends spent two days at the Hotel du Vin in Winchester, United Kingdom. How did we know each other and why were we meeting? We all used to meet on a regular basis to share our business challenges and to support each other and learn together. Prior to that meeting in Winchester we had lost contact, through retirement, sale of business or change of direction, and we found we missed the regular, unbiased friendship and support we’d found in our own organisations and through our regular meetings. The Next Chapter was born out of a conversation between Graham Thompson and Doug Horman– with Doug chairing that first group.
